I. General Terms
You are submitting an online reservation. By submitting this reservation, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below. By submitting this reservation, you indicate that you are the cardholder of the credit card provided in the reservation form, or that you have been authorized by the cardholder to execute this transaction, and that you authorize us to charge that credit card in full for the requested services, including taxes, surcharges, gratuity, and other fees.
This is not a price quote request. This is a firm contract and is legally binding. Once your reservation is processed, you will receive a trip confirmation via email. Upon receipt of your trip confirmation email, please check all trip details and charges carefully. If changes need to be made, please call 877-350-4488 or 647-667-7689.
Until you receive a trip confirmation email, your reservation is not complete, and a vehicle will not be dispatched.
When you submit your reservation, you may be charged for the full amount unless a deposit arrangement has been agreed to. All rates will be charged in US Dollars unless otherwise indicated in your confirmation email.
II. Cancellation / Changes to Reservation Policy
Unless otherwise indicated in your routing details, the cancellation deadline for all services is 30 days in advance. Some reservations, including proms, holidays, and large conventions, may be non-refundable once reserved. Reservations booked after the cancellation deadline are also subject to the same non-refundable policy.
III. Hourly Minimum Booking Requirement
Luxury Sedan, Executive Sedan, SUV - 3 Hours Minimum
Stretch Limo, Economy Van - 3 Hours Minimum
Executive Van, Stretch SUV Limo, Coach Bus, Limo/Party Bus - 5 Hours Minimum
Travel time between the company’s garage and the pickup/drop-off location may be billed in 30-minute increments in addition to the minimums above, unless waived at the company’s discretion.
IV. Other Policies / Miscellaneous
The rate quoted on the website is the base rate and may not include charges incurred during the performance of the trip, such as extra stops, waiting time, tolls, parking, garage time, or early/late pickup fees.
For airport pickups, if a flight number is provided, the company will monitor the flight and arrive at the airport according to the scheduled arrival. Free waiting time generally includes 30 minutes for domestic flights and 45 minutes for international flights. Additional waiting time may be billed.
Smoking is not permitted in any vehicle. Violations may be subject to a minimum $500 penalty. Vehicles shown on the website are for advertising purposes only. Actual vehicle dispatched may differ in make, model, year, or design. The company reserves the right to substitute a comparable vehicle and to utilize affiliated or unaffiliated service providers when required.
Vehicle may not be loaded beyond seating capacity. Consumption of alcoholic beverages by passengers under the minimum legal drinking age is prohibited. If any rules or laws are broken during service, the driver has the authority to terminate the run immediately without notice or refund.
